Frequently Asked Questions
- What information does the channel lookup show?
- It shows the channel name, subscriber count, total views, video count, country, channel age, description, and topic categories. All data comes from the public YouTube API.
- Can I look up a channel by @handle?
- Yes. You can paste a full YouTube channel URL (e.g. youtube.com/@MrBeast), a /channel/UCxxx URL, or just type @handle directly.
- Why are some subscriber counts hidden?
- YouTube allows creators to hide their subscriber count. When a creator has opted out, we show "Hidden" instead of a number.
- Is this data real-time?
- Data is cached for up to 1 hour to keep things fast. For most channels, stats update within that window.
